Moon Sweepers fixes

Moon Sweepers crashes and launch failures depend on which build you are running. Update to 1.0.4 first: that patch repairs damaged saves, defaults Windows to DirectX 11 for AMD cards, and stops several hard crashes. The pages below separate official fixes from launch-week reports that the notes never mention.

A dark window stands in for a crash or a failed launch. The pages below say which of those 1.0.4 actually names.

Questions

Which build should the whole crew run?
1.0.4. Saves written by that patch do not open in older versions, and the 1.0.3 notes already required matching versions for co-op.
